Website Development - Launch Phase Overview

The Launch Phase in our Website Development process is a critical juncture where the website is prepared for its official debut and subsequent maintenance.

Comprising five planned stages, each step is executed with precision and attention to detail. The stages are as follows:

1. Go-Live Server Deployment: At the onset of the Launch Phase, we initiate the process of deploying the website onto the live server. This involves carefully configuring the server environment to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. Our experienced team ensures a seamless transition from the development environment to the live server.
2. Verification/QC (Quality Control): Once the website is deployed on the live server, our team conducts a thorough and comprehensive verification process. Every aspect of the website, including functionality, design, content, and compatibility, is rigorously tested to identify and rectify any potential issues or discrepancies.
3. Final Production Transfer Cleanup: Following the successful verification process, we conduct a final production transfer cleanup. This entails fine-tuning and optimizing any remaining elements to ensure a polished and error-free website presentation. Our team strives for excellence in delivering a consistent user experience.
4. Monitor and Transfer it to Maintenance: Upon completion of the production transfer cleanup, we initiate the website monitoring process. This stage involves closely monitoring the website's performance in its live environment to promptly address any unforeseen issues that may arise. Simultaneously, we initiate the transfer to the Support & Maintenance or the Hosting Only Plan. CTS offers two options for clients to choose from after the Website Development Project. Clients can choose Support & Maintenance which allows the client to have a team at CTS to make improvements to already existing items on the site. The client can also choose Hosting only which does not include any support & maintenance hours after the Website Development project. 
5. Project Completion: The Launch Phase culminates with the official completion of the Website Development project. We consider the project successfully delivered when the website is live, thoroughly tested, and operating optimally. Throughout the entire process, our team remains committed to delivering an exceptional product that aligns precisely with the client's objectives and exceeds their expectations.
