Website Development - Development Phase Overview

The Development Phase in our Website Development process is a crucial stage that brings the design concepts to life through implementation.

Comprising five distinct and well-defined stages, each step is carefully orchestrated to ensure a seamless and efficient development process. The stages are as follows:

1. Prototype 1 Development: At the onset of the Development Phase, our development team begins crafting Prototype 1 based on the approved design from the Design Phase. This initial prototype serves as the foundation for the website's functional elements and user interface, giving shape to the envisioned digital experience. The prototype consists of the 3 pages that were chosen for the mockups. Usually, this would consist of the Home Page, About Page (Inner Page), and Contact Page.
2. Prototype 1 Review & Feedback: Once Prototype 1 is ready, we engage in a review process with the client. Our team welcomes and carefully considers feedback related to content changes to refine and optimize the prototype. We strive for a comprehensive understanding of the client's expectations to ensure that the website's functionality aligns precisely with their desired user experience.
3. Prototype 2 Development Revisions: Building on the valuable content-related feedback received during the review of Prototype 1, our development team proceeds to implement the necessary in Prototype 2. This stage focuses on incorporating any requested content changes.
4. Prototype 2 Review & Feedback: Prototype 2 is presented to the client for a comprehensive evaluation, during which we pay attention to details regarding the content. This iterative review process is fundamental in capturing the client's vision and delivering a functional website that aligns seamlessly with their goals.
5. Prototype Approval or Rework Authorization: Following the review of Prototype 2, the client has the opportunity to provide final approval or request further revisions if needed. We place utmost importance on client satisfaction, and any remaining concerns are promptly addressed to ensure that the prototype meets their exact specifications.

Included in the development phase is our QC process. That includes review of the site for SEO best practices, WCAG 2.1 Compliance, and testing on several of the latest browsers.

Throughout the Website Development project, we adhere to a well-defined Project Roadmap, progressing linearly. Our approach ensures constant forward momentum, and we do not revert to previous phases or stages, guaranteeing an efficient and effective development process.

Upon receiving the client's approval, the Development Phase concludes, and we proceed with the implementation of the final website based on the approved prototype.
