Website Development - Design Phase Overview

The Design Phase in our WebsiteDevelopment process encompasses five critical stages, each meticulously designed to deliver a high-quality and visually appealing final product. These stages are as follows:

1. Mockup A+B Development: At the outset of the Design Phase, our expert design team dedicates their efforts to crafting Mockup A and Mockup B, exploring design approaches that align with the project's goals and branding guidelines. The approved Design Brief and Sitemap from the Concept Phase are inputs to the Mockup Development. These initial mockups serve as the foundation upon which the final design will be built. The pages that we typically do mockups for consist of a mobile and desktop version of the Home page, About Page, and Contact Page.  The About Page is considered an inner page. The design on the About Page (or other designated inner page) will be used for all other inner pages on the website. Your project may specify additional design pages that can be included.
2. Mockup A+B Review & Feedback: Once Mockup A and B are ready, we present them to the client for a thorough review as an image file. We encourage open communication and constructive feedback to ensure that we capture the client's vision accurately. This collaborative process enables us to refine the design further and align it closely with the client's expectations.
3. Final Design C Development: Building upon the feedback received during the review process, our design team proceeds to develop Design C. 
4. Final Design C Review & Feedback: The Final Design C is presented to the client for another comprehensive review. We pay attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the design are fine-tuned to perfection. Client feedback is invaluable during this stage, helping us to make the necessary adjustments before moving forward.
5. Final Design Approval or Rework Authorization: Following the review of Design C, the client has the opportunity to provide final approval or request additional revisions if needed. We prioritize client satisfaction and work diligently to address any remaining concerns, making certain that the design aligns seamlessly with their vision. 

Throughout the Design Phase, we remain committed to excellence, leveraging our team's expertise and collaboration with the client to achieve exceptional results. During the Website Development project, we adhere to a well-defined Project Roadmap, progressing linearly. Our approach ensures constant forward momentum, and we do not revert to previous phases or stages, guaranteeing an efficient and effective development process. The output of this phase is the approval of the design. The design will be used sitewide for the remaining pages. Once the client approves the design, this will conclude the design phase. No additional design-related edits can be made.
