Website Development - Buildout Phase Overview

The Buildout Phase in our Website Development process is a pivotal stage where the website takes shape through careful and systematic construction.

Comprising six distinct and purposeful stages, each step is executed to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation process. The stages are as follows:

1. Site Asset Delivery: At the onset of the Buildout Phase, the client will gather and upload to SharePoint all the necessary site assets, including media files, content, and other relevant materials required to build out the remaining website pages. These assets form the building blocks for the website's visual and textual elements, ensuring a cohesive and engaging digital presence.
2. Staged Site Page Development: Our skilled development team proceeds to construct the website's pages in a staged manner based on the approved prototype pages. This approach allows us to progressively build and refine the site, ensuring that each page is built using the same design aspects that were approved in the Design Phase and Development Phase.
3. Staged Site Final Review: Once the Staged Site Pages Development is completed, we conduct a comprehensive review of the staged site. This evaluation enables us to identify any potential issues, fine-tune content elements, and ensure seamless functionality across all pages. There are usually only minor edits needed. Design edits are not allowed since the design was approved at the end of the Design Phase.
4. Staged Site Final Content Adjustments: In parallel with the review, the client can request any necessary content adjustments to further enhance the website's messaging, clarity, and overall impact. Ensuring that the content aligns precisely with the client's objectives is paramount in delivering a compelling user experience.
5. Working Session: A collaborative working session is scheduled with the client to present the staged site. This interactive session fosters open communication and provides the client with a walkthrough of the website's functionality and design. We encourage valuable feedback during this session to ensure that the site meets the client's expectations.
6. Staged Site Approval or Rework Authorization: Following the working session, the client has the opportunity to provide final approval or request further revisions if needed. We place great emphasis on client satisfaction, and any remaining adjustments are promptly addressed to ensure that the website meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Throughout the Website Development project, we adhere to a well-defined Project Roadmap, progressing linearly. Our approach ensures constant forward momentum, and we do not revert to previous phases or stages, guaranteeing an efficient and effective development process.

Upon receiving the client's approval, the Buildout Phase concludes, and we proceed with the final preparations for the website's launch.
