Support & Maintenance - Validating change requests

Steps for reviewing and approving your Support & Maintenance plan website edits

  1. IMPORTANT! To ensure you are looking at the LATEST version of your staging website, be sure to clear your browser cache and open your staging website on a new tab.
    1. From your browser, close any tabs that have your staging website open.
    2. Clear your browser cache (see link below for steps on specific browsers).
      1. Google Chrome
      2. Microsoft Edge
      3. Safari on Mac
    3. On a new tab, open the staging link provided by your Project Manager or Project Coordinator to view your website in the staging environment.
  2. The CTS team creates and reviews your pages edits on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.  Clients should also review these page edits to validate that the layout, formatting, forms, links, headers/footers, menus, images and written content were updated as requested.
  3. If found, please share any errors with your Project Manager or Project Coordinator (preferably in a single document including screenshots) for quick resolution.  Your Project Manager or Project Coordinator will communicate when the revisions are ready for your review.
  4. After you have validated that the changes were made completely and accurately, please provide final approval of the page edits to your Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
