Support & Maintenance - Validating change requests

Steps for reviewing and approving your Support & Maintenance plan website edits

  1. IMPORTANT! To ensure you are looking at the LATEST version of your staging or live website, be sure to clear your browser cache and open your staging or live website on a new tab.
    1. From your browser, close any tabs that have your staging or live website open.
    2. Clear your browser cache (see link below for steps on specific browsers).
      1. Google Chrome
      2. Microsoft Edge
      3. Safari on Mac
    3. On a new tab, open the staging or live link provided by your Project Manager or Project Coordinator to view your website in the staging or live environment.
  2. The CTS team creates and reviews your pages edits on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.  Clients should also review your page edits to validate that the layout, formatting, forms, links, headers/footers, menus, images and written content were updated as requested.
  3. Share any issues or errors you see with your Project Manager or Project Coordinator (preferably in a single document including screenshots).   Capture any requested edits or errors into a single round of changes for our team to implement.
  4. After the requested changes are made, your Project Manager or Project Coordinator will communicate that the changes are ready for your review.
  5. After you have finished reviewing the changes were made completely and accurately, please provide final approval to your Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
